[Fandfs] Cynthia's memorial program

hi, all.

first, i want to apologize that the only thing on the list recently have
been a few "invitations to connect on linkedin".  for some reason
(probably some oddly formatted e-mail), various people's computers seem
to think that Sally Kempton's e-mail address is the list address:

and i think that explains that.  i've set up some mechanism that should
stop that.

but, this gives me the opportunity to point people at online copies of
