   Dear Friends

   Last night the skies opened and it poured, as though the clouds  
above us here in the highlands were weeping with us. This morning the  
rain continues. CW would be pleased. "We need the rain," she'd say,  
and walk out  to the rain gauge in the garden to check our progress  
with great glee.


   Today we continue to sit shiva was the rain falls along the coast.  
Everyone is welcome who wishes to come.
